By using Oath Nursing Preparation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies shown inside the app or website. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Educational Purpose
Oath Nursing Preparation provides MCQ practice, live tests, study content, analytics, ranks, and exam preparation tools. The service is for educational support only. We do not guarantee exam selection, marks, rank, admission, employment, or government recruitment outcomes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Sharing accounts, reselling access, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or using the platform to disrupt other users is not allowed.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
All MCQs, explanations, test structures, notes, images, layouts, software, logos, and learning materials are owned by Oath Nursing Preparation, Kodnex Technologies, or their respective partners. You may use content for personal study only. Copying, publishing, recording, redistributing, or selling content without permission is prohibited.
5. Payments, Plans, and Access
Some features may be free and some may require paid access. Pricing, validity, course availability, and plan features may change. Purchases made through Google Play may be managed by Google Play billing and your Google account. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable Google Play policies.
6. Test Results and Rankings
Scores, ranks, leaderboards, analytics, and recommendations are generated from available data and may change due to review, corrections, technical delays, or rule updates. We may correct obvious errors or remove suspicious attempts to maintain fairness.
7. Service Availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party service interruptions, or unexpected errors may affect access. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature when needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oath Nursing Preparation and Kodnex Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, exam outcomes, data connectivity, user mistakes, or third-party platform issues.
