Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request account deletion or personal data deletion for Oath Nursing Preparation.
1. What You Can Request
You may request deletion of your Oath Nursing Preparation account, profile information, support messages, and personal learning data associated with your registered account, subject to legal, security, payment, and record-keeping requirements.
2. How to Submit a Request
Email support@kodnextech.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Oath Data Deletion Request". Include your registered name, email, phone number if used, and whether you want full account deletion or specific data deletion.
3. Verification
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner. We will never ask for your password or OTP.
4. Processing Time
After verification, we will process deletion within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, payment, dispute, or security reasons. Deleted data may remain briefly in backups until backup cycles complete.
5. Important Note
Deleting your account may remove access to purchased courses, test history, ranks, analytics, notes, and progress. If your purchase was made through Google Play, cancellation of future billing must also be handled through your Google Play account.
