Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Learning Products

Oath Nursing Preparation provides digital courses, MCQ practice, live tests, notes, rankings, and analytics. Because access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase, refunds are reviewed according to purchase source, usage, and applicable law.

2. Google Play Purchases

If you purchase through Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled from your Google Play account. Google Play may apply its own refund rules, billing timelines, and payment verification process.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel future renewal from the platform where you purchased the plan. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund already-used access unless required by the payment provider or applicable law.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged twice for the same plan, or payment is deducted but access is not activated, contact us with payment proof, registered email or phone number, transaction ID, and purchase date. We will verify and resolve the issue.
